Abstract
Investigating all the variety of banking services, it should be noted that their wide range is
represented, practically, by all banks of both Russia and foreign countries. In connection with this, the
role of the bank's marketing activities has increased, the goals and content of which have changed
significantly in recent years due to the impact of competition on international financial markets.
