IRISH PARTY IN THE PREWAR YEARS (1912–1914)
Abstract
The article deals with debate issues of condition and character of activity of the Irish Party (1912-1914). Particular emphasis is placed on the two main organizations that were the part of the Irish Party: The United Irish League and The Ancient Order of Hibernians. An important place is occupied by the situation in Ireland in connection with the acceptance of the Act of Home Rule in 1912.

RUSSIAN STATE AUTHORITIES DURING THE GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR (1941-1945): A PHENOMENON OF PREHISTORIOGRAPHICAL STAGE
Abstract
The article discusses the formation of historiographical study of the preconditions of study of public authorities of USSR during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 in the national historical scholarship of 1940’s - early 1950’s. Political and journalistic work on the activities of government authorities were directly involved in the process of public administration and served primarily ideological functions. They are viewed as a logical prehistoriographical phase, during which they develop the necessary cognitive prerequisites for transition to in-depth scientific research of problems at subsequent stages of historiography.

PERSONNEL SUPPORT OF REGIONAL STRUCTURES OF C.P.S.U. IN 1946-1964 (ON THE MATERIALS OF SAMARA ARCHIVES)
Abstract
The article contains analysis of documentary materials of Samara Region State Archive of Social and Political History that presents the resourse base of study of personnel dynamics of party power in 1946-1964. The archive documents are characterized through the context (social and political, organizational) of their origin, through the composition and fullness of retrospective information. The estimate of information potential of complexes of retrospective documentation for the study of different aspects of personnel evolution of regional structures of C.P.S.U. in post-war period is given.

LEGAL REGULATION OF CONCILIATION PROCEDURES AT THE PRESENT STAGE
Abstract
In the article the actual questions of applying of reconciliation procedures in the Russian arbitration proceedings are considered. The accent on the fact that alternative ways of resolution of disputes, settled by law (for example, mediation, mediatory procedures) can’t be held within procedural relations, where arbitration court takes an obligatory part is stressed.

Abstract
In this article we research the reflection of the subject in himself as in some sort Another. In our experiment we examine such images of Another I as I in situation of maximal and minimal effectiveness. We show the influence of feedback from Another I on a subject’s behavior and on displaying him different traits.

AWARENESS AS A REDUCTION OF PRESUPPOSITIONS OF UNDERSTANDING
Abstract
The quantum-mechanical approach to the problem of consciousness is described. An original interpretation of quantum paradoxes through modern cognitive models of consciousness is offered. The analogs of quantum phenomena in the process of micro-genesis of awareness are resulted.
