Abstract
I n th e ar ticle th e pro cesse s o f ind u strial iz ation and deindustrialization in the process of development of Russian economics, their forms and problems are analyzed. The necessity of reindustrialization as a precondition of development of national economics in conditions of challenges of the XXI century is revealed.
