The author revealed the priorities and targets for the development of the digital economy according to the national program «Digital economy», studied 6 key development projects. The article contains the structure of the proposed sources of funding for the national program and the direction of the use of financial sources. The author analyzed the interim results of the state program «Information economy».

The oil industry as the largest economic complex continues to develop naturally. The more intense and progressive this development, the more positive the state of the Russian economy. In the unstable economic situation in the Samara Region, as in the country as a whole, oil production continues to ensure the economic stability of the social sphere as the most stable sector of the industry.

In this article the necessity of introducing a number of innovations into the pension system of the Russian Federation is proved. Models of pension systems of developed countries are analyzed. The author's proposals for the innovative development of the Russian pension model are given. It is proposed to introduce such innovations as IPK (Individual Pension Capital). The necessity of transition to the «online registration and provision» of all kinds of pension services has been proved.

The article discusses the current issues of municipal property management based on a systematic approach. In the context of trends and conditions that will dominate the current political cycle, it is determined that a systematic approach to the management of subsystems of a municipality is inextricably linked with the achievement of the goals of strategic development of the territory. The mechanisms for translating strategic objectives into specific tasks of municipal management on the basis of a balanced scorecard and development of municipal-private partnership are considered.

Тhe article discusses the main directions of monitoring the situation on the labor market. The authors presented proposals for the formation of a sectoral system for monitoring the staffing of the coal industry for the medium and long term in accordance with the parameters of the Long-Term Program for the Development of Industry for the period until 2030.

The published article proposes a mathematical model of dynamics of the economic development of an enterprise in conditions of digital transformation, which is the process of integrating digital technologies into all aspects of the enterprise’s activity and making fundamental changes in technologies, operations and ways of creating new products. The result of digital transformation of production capacity of an enterprise is the steady replacement of the new digital production of the old production. The balance equations for a two-component system of interacting two productions, which are described by related nonlinear differential equations, are established.
Various options for the economic development of enterprises, which digital transformation may be accompanied by a temporary slowdown in the growth rate of output and crisis phenomena are considered.

This paper discusses issues that allow to develop Internet business with the use of Internet technologies. The parameters of website promotion are studied. The analysis of requests is carried out using multidimensional methods, namely methods of cluster analysis, one-factor and two-factor analysis of variance. The SPSS statistical package was used to cluster keywords by priority groups.
