Abstract
In this article the necessity of introducing a number of innovations into the pension system of the Russian Federation is proved. Models of pension systems of developed countries are analyzed. The author's proposals for the innovative development of the Russian pension model are given. It is proposed to introduce such innovations as IPK (Individual Pension Capital). The necessity of transition to the «online registration and provision» of all kinds of pension services has been proved.
