TEAM BUILDING AS A MODERN METHOD FOR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The performance of any organization is determined not so much by the efforts of specific employees as by the success of teamwork. The article describes the essence of team building, presents a comparative analysis of team and collective approach in personnel management, identifies the advantages and disadvantages of using team building in practice, describes in detail the principles and steps of the team building process.
