Abstract

At present, the experience of many organizations shows that employees with unique skills and knowledge who occupy leadership positions are reluctant to share their competencies, experience and necessary information in a team. This problem of working groups in companies with a high level of competition can be solved with the help of Scrum, a methodology in which innovative principles of work organization are laid. This study assesses the overall result of the team, rather than a specific employee, which encourages all team members to work more fruitfully. The management approach to the organization of the work process described in the article, originally intended for software development, is recommended to be adapted for other industries.
