Abstract
In this article complex estimation procedures of enterprise projects are considered. Definite purposes and main directions of state policy in the sphere of small and medium enterprise are defined. The system of criteria of selection of enterprise projects and in details worked procedure of their choice at adoption of administrative decisions on allocation of public funds for support is developed.
