Abstract
The strategy of development of municipal infrastructure is stated in the article and strategic directions of its realization are specified. The increase of productivity of accomplishment of development programs of this industry will become a result of strategy implementation of municipal infrastructure of the region. The conditions of improvement of quality of public service of population are given.
