Abstract
In the article the main issues of improvement of methodical activity of the university as the main factor of competitiveness and organization of an academic activity and all learning activity of educational establishments on the market of educational services are presented. It is revealed that the issues of improvement of methodic activity lead to the quality change of basic educational and scientific indicators of an educational institution, thus continuously forming stable positions of university in rendering educational services on the market in reference to the other universities-competitors.
