Abstract

The article discloses the foreign experience of public–private partnership and possibility of using it in Russia at construction of objects of social implication in the sphere of education. Suggested to use in Russian practice the form of public-private partnership “private financial initiative” has advantages for educational sector: improvement of the quality of service at construction of objects of social implication in the sphere of education by means of attracting skilled developers on a competitive basis; educational sector doesn’t bear the costs on full repairs and maintenance of objects but pays only for materials and staffing expenses. Certain benefits gains private sector, taking part in the scheme of private financial initiative: it receives stable and long–term work from proved major customer, receives additional income from state for work done as interest and so on.
