Abstract
Clusters are the mechanism of increasing competitiveness of territories, transition to industrial processes with large added value; they promote the establishment of positive interrelations between enterprises, research, educational and financial organizations and public authorities. Growing interest to the creation of technological parts, business incubators, innovation and technological centers is nothing more but a part of economic policy of the region, based on cluster principles, as the creation of this kind of enterprises ensures necessary productive and technological infrastructure for the access of enterprises to the manufacturing resources.
