Abstract
In the article the problem of transformation of individual values of employees in the corporate system of values of an organization is viewed. Appearance of a certain type of crisis personality (marginal person) influences on the processes of formation and development of corporate culture of an organization which is impossible to view without understanding of procedurality of transition in the social structure and procedural character of marginality.
