FORMATION OF METHODOLOGY OF MANAGEMENT BY HUMAN CAPITAL OF INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC ECONOMIC SYSTEM IN THE INTERESTS OF ITS INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The specificity of human capital of industry-specific economic system is investigated. The purpose of the use of institutional analysis in the construction of methodology of management by human capital of industry-specific economic system is shown. It is noted that the management by human capital of industry-specific economic system is the management by essential resources. The definition of industryspecific economic system is given. The importance of application of system analysis, expert method, method of modeling, forecasting methods and sociological methods of analysis in the formulation and use of methodology of management by human capital of industryspecific economic system in the interests of its innovative development is viewed.
