Abstract
In the article the fundamental principles of economic theory of K. Marx are presented. The analysis of formation of and stages of development of the study is carried out, basic economic approaches and conclusions, comparison of current and «old schools» are presented. The author carried out systematization of basic scientific notions of the given theory on the basis of basic methodological directions of development of theoretical questions of the study, explanations of the research of basic concepts of K. Marx are given.
