Abstract
In this article aspects of increasing transparency of government procurement at the regional level are viewed. The significance of the Unified Information System under the contract system is revealed. It is proved that within the frameworks of regional government procurements relative price of state contract depends on the level of informative transparency in the region, which has a positive effect on the price and negative one on the number of potential participants.
