Abstract
The concept of development of investment attractiveness of an industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan is suggested by the authors to create on the basis of clusterization of an industry complex, through the organization of modular industrial structures. An algorithm of conception of investment attractiveness and basic indicators are suggested.
