Abstract
In the article the estimate of role of effectiveness of usage of basic funds at attraction of investments to the development of fuel and energy complex of Russia is carried out; its role in the economy of the country is defined and actual problems that prevent from its effective functioning are viewed. Contemporary state of basic funds of fuel and energy complex is estimated and basic directions of estimate of effectiveness of their usage are defined.
