Abstract

 In the article the role of organizational changes in the formation of dynamics of development of an enterprise in three aspects which are the general role of organizational changes in the formation of effectiveness of an enterprise; the role of organizational changes for a market oriented enterprise and the financial aspect of organizational changes is viewed.
