Abstract

In the article the essence of organizational changes and organizational development is viewed. The kernel of phenomenon - change is distinguished and the ultimate level of understanding with the use of general laws is given. The logic models of the process of development of contradictions and the stage of «solution» are built, their interpretation is given.
