Juridical Analytical Journal

The journal «Juridical Analytical Journal» is published 4 times a year and accepts for publication in Russian and English articles that have relevance, scientific novelty and contain previously unknown or undeveloped areas of law-making and law enforcement, as well as reflect constructive proposals for improving legislation, new author's concepts aimed at the development of legal science.The main conceptual task of the journal is to publish articles by authors at the level of candidates and doctors of science, as well as practicing lawyers, referring, among other things, to works published in the journals included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission, Scopus and WoS.
