Abstract
In article considered problems of absence of techniques of execution technological audit for rearmament innovation machine-building factory, the basic business processes of the modernized manufacture are described, recommendations to technological preproduction of operating manufacture are developed, advantages of rearmament factory with preliminary procedure of technological audit are shown.
