The management peculiarities of college administration in introducing federal state educational standard for vocational education

The article deals with the questions of effective management in educational establishment during introducing the standards of the third generation. In “The Volga Region State College” it carried out as an experiment on the basis of The Federal State Establishment “Federal Institute of Development of Education”. The subject is “Working Out and Approving The Complex Of Managing, Standard, Education And Methodic Documentation For Realization Main Vocational Educational Programs In Concordance With Federal State Educational Standard Of Vocational Education of The Third Generation”. The articles shows the results of experimental researches and suggests the system of personal management which increase personnel potential in ensuring high results of activity.
