Analysis of the stressed state of high-speed extrusion process

Abstract

The paper is devoted to the analysis of the stressed state of the process of high-speed extrusion. Factors that influence the stressed state at all stages of shape-forming are analyzed in detail. The influence of inertial forces on the force parameters of extrusion is discussed. The relationships required to determine power conditions of forming are given. Profound analysis of modeling the process of high-speed extrusion of a gas turbine engine compressor blade is carried out. The results of modeling confirm the theoretical conclusions.
