Abstract

There are presented mathematical models of the main stages for producing ceramic and ferrite component parts of VHF and EHF devices by treating mechanically plane and cylindrical blanks. The models of rough and fine polishing ceramic and ferrite component parts external surfaces by abrasive and diamond wheels as well as drilling holes by diamond drill and ultrasonic methods.
