SOLVING NOT COMPLETELY INTEGRABLE QUANTILE PFAFFIAN DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS
Abstract
The present work deals with quantile Pfaffian differential equations which are constructed using two-dimensional conditional quantiles of multidimensional probability distributions. As it was shown in [3] in case when the initial probability distributions have reproducible conditional quantiles this kind of Pfaan equations is completely integrable and the integral manifold is the conditional quantile of maximum dimension. In this paper we discuss properties of integral manifolds of maximum possible dimension for quantile Pfaffian equations which are not completely integrable. Manifolds of this type are described in terms of conditional quantiles of intermediate dimensions.

ORDER REDUCTION OF OPTIMAL ESTIMATION PROBLEM FOR LANGEVIN EQUATION
Abstract
The question under discussion in this paper is the optimal estimation for singular perturbed Langevin equation. On the basis of assumptions about parameters and conditions where the movement is performed, we choose three cases which have curtain peculiarities during the reduction of the optimal estimation problem. For order reduction task the theoretical method of integral manifolds is used. It allows to get the solution of Riccati equations for covariance matrix of the filter and build the corrected Kalman–Bucy filter of a lower dimension

COMMUTATIVE LEIBNIZ-POISSON ALGEBRAS OF POLYNOMIAL GROWTH
Abstract
In this paper we study commutative Leibniz-Poisson algebras. We prove that a variety of commutative Leibniz-Poisson algebras has either polynomial growth or growth with exponential not less than 2, the field being arbitrary. We prove that every variety of commutative Leibniz-Poisson algebras of polynomial growth over a field of characteristic 0 has a finite basis for its polynomial identities. Also we construct a variety of commutative Leibniz-Poisson algebras with almost polynomial growth.

SYNCHRONIZATION OF FRACTIONAL VAN-DER-POL OSCILLATOR
Abstract
A model of self-oscillating system with a differential equation of motion of fractional order under the action of external harmonic signal is proposed. Solutions of equation of motion which correspond to the regime of steady-state synchronized oscillations and the regime of beats near the synchronization band are obtained in the quasiharmonic approximation. The amplitude frequency and phase-frequency characteristics of synchronization of fractional Van-der-Pol oscillator are analyzed. An analogy between the generator with a fractional feedback circuit and the generator with delayed feedback is established.

MONOATOMIC ALCOHOLS IN A SYSTEM ”FORMATION WATER–n-DODECANE”
Abstract
The paper presents the experimental research of distribution of nine С1–С5 aliphatic monoatomic alcohols of normal and isomeric structure in a two-phased heterogenous system ”formation water–n-dodecane” using gas-chromatography method for the purpose of a choice of the most effective tracers for the characterization of filtrational streams and oil saturation when waterflooding. There were defined distribution constants K_с in interval of temperatures 25–75С on which basis appeared the conclusion that alcohols С1–С3 can be used as water (non-partitioning) tracers whereas alcohols С4–С5 approach for a role of partitioning tracers.

SORPTION PROPERTIES OF THE MIXED STATIONARY PHASE ”POLYDIMETHYLSILOXANE-/beta-CYCLODEXTRIN” IN GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY
Abstract
Sorption and selective properties of the mixed stationary phase based on polydimethylsiloxane and methylated-beta-cyclodextrin were studied by gas chromatographic method in the temperature range 60–180С. It is also established that introduction of macrocyclic adding in polymeric immovable phase results in increasing sorption of organic compounds of different classes (apart from n-alkanes C6-C10 and cyclogegsan) and showing of enantioselectivity, more pronounced for cyclic compounds with polar substituents. A greater role of entropy factors acting in the mixed polymer phase on the sorption of sorbates redistribution

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF SOME BEHAVIORAL REACTIONS BY CHILDREN AND CHIMPANZEE IN THE PROCESS OF ACHIVEMENT THE GOAL WITH DIFFERENT SUBJECTIVE VALUE
Abstract
The behavior of preschool children and chimpanzee was probed in the process of achievement the goal, approached with different speed and possessing different value. It is detected that on the force of aspiring to possessing a purpose not only speed of movement of object, or time which it will be attained with, but also its subjective value is influenced. Decline of speed of approaching object notwithstanding the dependency upon a kind of test subjects invariably led to lowering of productivity of instrumental reactions, diminishing of active time of tracking after the approached object, to the change of tactics of management by an experimental device.

HEART RATE VARIABILITY OF STUDENTS WITH DIFFERENT PROFILES OF MOTOR DOMINATION DURING EXAM
Abstract
It is established hat changing of parameters of student’s electrocardiogram during the exam are shown by shortening of the intervals RR, QT, PQ, and the complex QRS, thus expressiveness of reactions dominates in sample of lefthanders and ambidexters. The values of wave parameters of heart rate variability, including spectral power of heart rate fluctuations in different frequency ranges, increase in left-handers, while ambidexterity and right handed down. The values of statistical indices of HRV, including SDNN, RMSSD and mode cardio intervals in students during the exam are reduced, and also to a greater extent, and ambidexterity for lefties. These changes corresponded to increasing trend of the index and the activity coefficient Baevsky sympathetic nervous system, indicating a greater intensity of regulatory mechanisms in individuals with left profile of motor domination.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF RESPIRATORY REACTIONS TO MICROINJECTION OF GABA AND PENICILLIN INTO THE BOTZINGER COMPLEX AND THE PRE-BOTZINGER COMPLEX IN RATS
Abstract
In acute experiments on anesthetized rats, the respiratory responses to local administration of GABA (10^{-5}М) and noncompetitive GABAA antagonist penicillin (10^{-7} М) into B¨otzinger complex (BC) and pre-B¨otzinger complex (PBC) were studied. The differences in the responses of respiratory frequency, inspiratory and expiratory duration after injection of GABA into the BC and PBC were found. The effects were more pronounced when GABA administered into the PBC. It is shown that the response of tidal volume, in contrast, was more frequent when both GABA and penicillin injected into the BC. The question of the role of GABA receptors of BC and PBC in the realization of the inhibitory action of GABA on the temporal and volumetric parameters of breathing pattern is discussed.
