Abstract
The article deals with synergetic (bifurcation) stage of the system approach development in the study of social phenomena. The undoubted merit of this stage is that within its framework scientists managed to formulate ideas about nonlinear systems. The ways of transition from a chaotic state to a new order were marked. At the same time, new concepts are introduced: bifurcation, fluctuation, etc. It is believed that this conceptual apparatus allows us to describe society in an unstable state. But not enough attention is paid to how to avoid this situation of instability.
