Market of mortgage market: current state in Russia and the urban district of Samara

Abstract

In the article we are talking about the current condition and topical issues of mortgage lending in Russia and in particular in the urban district of Samara. Authors examine the problems associated with mortgage risk and prospects of mortgage lending. This study allows us to conclude that despite not very optimistic forecasts at the end of last year, mortgage market continues to evolve.
