MODEL OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, CONSIDERING CUMULATIVE DYNAMICS OF FACTORS OF PRODUCTION

Abstract

In this paper a variant of mathematical model of economic development of mechanical engineering on the basis of dynamics of cumulative factors of production is suggested. Changes over time of these factors are described by differential equations of logistic curves that adequately reflect underlying macroeconomic aspects of the process of reproduction. Dynamics of industry output is given by multifactor production function with constant elasticity of substitution of resources. Evolutionary and innovative scenarios of economic development of mechanical engineering are viewed. Numerical analysis of resulting model showed good agreement with known statistics.
