Abstract
In this paper we consider one of the subprocesses of operation management – management by operating diagrams of an enterprise. System elements of management by operating diagrams are defined. The interaction of management problems that present functionally complete composition of tasks of management by operating diagrams is shown. Technology of management by operating diagrams allows to improve quality and efficiency of management activity of the company.
