Abstract
Organizational and economic problems of formation of the system of management by effectiveness of machine-building industry on the basis of complete reequipment of material and technical basis are marked. Strategic directions of further increasing of innovative and technological potential of enterprises of machine-building industry of Russia are stated; basic reserves of solving of this problem are shown.
