AUTOMATING THE PROCESS OF MANAGEMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

Abstract

Digitalization of business is the key to the successful operation of industrial enterprises in the new economy. The article discusses the possibility of automating the management process based on the optimization of workflow in order to increase the efficiency of interaction between departments and increase the effectiveness of their performance.
