Abstract
The problems of technological modernization of economic potential of Russian enterprises industry of drill bits which are solved owing to the large-scale international transfer of technology are viewed. The interdependence of technology life-cycle phases of enterprise and level of competitiveness on the basis of the model of catching up development is revealed.
