Abstract
In the published article, the model of dynamics of income and expenses of multifactor productive economic system that is in the conditions of structural modernization of production is developed. A variant of structural and phenomenological approach to the description of interaction of the components of the production system is suggested. The equations of dynamics of the process of modernization of the system as a replacement of the old technological order of production on a new technological order are received. We calculate macroscopic parameters of the production function, cost functions and profit function of the economic system as a whole.
