Abstract
The article covers the problem of finding main organizational and economic reserves for increasing the pace of development of domestic oil refining enterprises on the basis of enhancing innovative and technological capacity. Guidelines for the implementation of these provisions in modern conditions of functioning of economy of the country are provided.
