Abstract
In this article the basic terms and procedures of entry of countries to the WTO are presented. Stages of procedural matters of entry and the order of their realization are presented. The experience of Russia joining the WTO is shown. The main areas of action of Russia on optimization of joining the WTO are defined. Special attention is paid to the documents regulating joining of countries to the WTO.
