METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO ASSESSING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CORPORATE FINANCIAL POLICY
Abstract
This article describes the existing approaches to assessing the effectiveness of corporate financial policy, which is necessary for analyzing the construction of an objective state of affairs within a single organization. Without these methodologies, it would be impossible to analyze the financial policy of the enterprise, which is a fundamental issue for decision-making both among investors and among the management of the company itself.
METHODOLOGY FOR RESEARCH OF INNOVATIVE BUSINESS PROCESSES
Abstract
Author considers theoretical approaches to the essence, content and implementation of business processes of industrial enterprises. The main differences and components of innovation processes are presented. The author studies the main stages of evolution of the formation and development of business processes, identifies approaches to the definition of business processes, and suggests and studies the main properties of business processes. The paper reveals the essence and content of innovative business processes and introduces the author's concept – «innovative value stream», presented in the form of innovations that have consumer and own value for the enterprise. The author has developed the structure of the innovative business process and proposed the author's definition.
ORGANIZATION OF MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE PROCESSES AT ENTERPRISES OF OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY IN RUSSIA
Abstract
In the 21st century, oil and gas industry is one of the most profitable in economic terms. The selection, search by various geological methods of minerals, the establishment of deposits rich in these substances and minerals – all this requires particularly careful and diligent study by a huge team of specialists. The formation of a special plan for the construction of various structures for drilling wells, the use of special equipment, all this is both an energy-consuming and financially burdensome method of profit from this industry. The article discusses the features and problems of managing innovative processes potential of oil and gas industry in the Samara Region.
PROBLEMS OF FOREIGN INVESTMENT IN RUSSIA
Abstract
This article is devoted to the problems of foreign investment in Russia, where there are certain barriers for investors, which will be described below. The process of foreign investment itself is a fairly young phenomenon for the Russian economy, which originates after the collapse of the USSR in the 90-ies. At the initial stage, this type of investment was in demand by Western and Asian corporations. At the moment, the rate of capitalization due to foreign investment is being implemented at a slow pace due to certain problems that arise for investors.
INVESTMENT CLIMATE AND INVESTMENT RATING
Abstract
The article reveals that terminologically, the investment rating is a comprehensive criterion for assessing the activities of regional authorities in creating favorable conditions for investment, doing business and living, the investment climate occupies an important place in the development of the region, and the level of investment activity and attractiveness just determines the investment rating of the whole territory. The article presents a set of theoretical principles, methodological approaches and practical recommendations for the formation of a favorable investment climate in the region.

STUDY OF INDICATORS OF FOOD INDUSTRY OF THE VOLGA FEDERAL DISTRICT BY MEANS OF CANONICAL ANALYSIS
Abstract
This article presents the results of the analysis of the food industry indicators and their relationship with different indicators of socio-economic sphere on the example of the Volga Federal District. The canonical correlation method was used in the analysis of the research, which allows one to assess the extend of strong interrelationship. Such studies as had been carried out showed that there were groups of indicators with a high level of interrelationship and canonical variables were also formed.
