ORGANIZATION AS AN OPEN SYSTEM

Abstract

In this article, a descriptive evaluation of the organization as an open system is conducted, with the goal of creating a holistic view of the organization as an object of management. An analysis of the peculiarities of this model of the organization was carried out, and possible problems inherent in this system and ways of their solution were identified.
