Abstract
The article is devoted to such global problem as the crisis of national relations during large historical period – from the beginning of the XX century to the modern times. Author had concentrated his attention on the question of state administration in the sphere of ethnical processes. One of the most effective methods is the so-called consociation. The process was discussed on materials connected with such states as Malayzia, Sarawak, Fiji, Cyprus etc.
