Abstract
In article on the example of preparation and holding of world
football championship in Samara analyzes the impact of international
events in the areas of development of territories as the improvement
of infrastructure of territories, increasing their investment
attractiveness, the expansion of tourist flows. Systematic positive effects
and possible problems and threats in relation to the different
stages of activities: preparation, implementation and subsequent use
of the objects.
