Abstract
The article defines the role of the state as the main transformation
factor in the evolution of national economies. It is shown that
any rate of economic transformation or is intended to provide
strengthening of the position of the state in the global economy, or
will displace it to the periphery. Reflected that entrepreneurship receive
wide support at both the Federal and regional levels.
