Abstract
In the article the stages of management by the educational process of a university on the basis of the process approach are viewed, the module construction of informational and educational environment is defined. Theoretical and normative characteristics of e-learning education are given, and problems of choosing e-learning tools are highlighted in the article. This work describes the model of management by an educational process of university by means of information and communication technologies and it represents experience of Samara State University on information and technological support of educational programs, and optimization of application of information and communicative technologies as tools of planning, organization and control of the educational process.
