Abstract
In the course of activation of transformational processes in the market economy in recent decades its advantages, pricing mechanism and effectiveness in resource allocation of society could combine with social policy. In modern economics market mechanisms aren’t justified in the variety of spheres (healthcare system, social system, science, education). For increasing effectiveness of functioning of economics at large data of spheres, as well as solution of problems of decrease of poverty and inequality are subject to state regulation. Problems of inequality and poverty in the Russian economics are connected with the problems of achievement of positive economic growth rate. Economic growth forms the sphere that ensures decrease of poverty and inequality.
