Abstract
This article describes the various experimental instruments and combinations necessary for the proper analysis of institutional change. institutional nye changes are analyzed through the prism of the secondary scenario, which provides an opportunity to analyze. Vat home systems as well as complex adaptive systems. Thus, attention is paid to the importance of corporate actions, mechanisms of legal regimes and institutional changes.
