Abstract
The article is devoted to the general consideration of the theory of proprietary rights. The theory of proprietary rights shows how in the complicated complex of economic relations which are regulated by the proprietary right the majority of participants of this very relations is included. The basic task is the analysis of interaction of legal and economic systems that are realized in the individual behavior of the subjects of economics.
