Abstract
The article examines the relationship of elements of management by business value with a focus on the monitoring of management process. The main factors that affect the value of the firm, including capital structure, type of financial strategy and risk level are identified. A matrix of relationships between structures of the company’s capital with the level of financial risk is developed. The structure of optimal capital of an organization is suggested.
