Abstract
Work with suppliers is an extremely important aspect of procurement as industrial enterprises and trading companies. One of the biggest challenges of procurement manager of any organization is the selection of suppliers and further build of relationships with them. In the article the process of selecting suppliers and rating of suppliers on the basis of relevant scales is viewed in detail.
