Abstract

In the article widely known problem of Central Asia region, which is dictated by the realities connected with geographical, meteorological, hydrogeological conditions is viewed. Huge influence on critical state of this region was caused by agricultural and industrial activity of a person. Ecological condition of the territory is worsened by contradictions of interests of various countries. Their interactions are similar to water wars. In the article it is suggested to develop imitating system which includes achievements of modern information technologies, system analysis, hydrogeology and other scientific disciplines, with the help of which at joining efforts of highly qualified specialists, elite and business of concerned countries we will develop actions that will remove this territory from condition of ecological disaster.
