Abstract
In the article economic and mathematical justification of approaches to the choice of criteria of labour productivity is viewed. Definitions of productive and economic efficiency of labour are suggested. Different approaches to the computation of criteria of productive and economic efficiency of labour as these criteria are the basis for the construction of justified systems of indicators of productivity and profitability of labour are analysed.
