DEVELOPMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF STIMULATION OF LABOUR ACTIVITY OF MANAGERS OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES ON THE BASIS OF KEY INDICATORS OF EFFECTIVENESS

Abstract

In the article theoretical approaches to the construction of the system of stimulation of results of labor activity of managers of industrial enterprises on the basis of key indicators of effectiveness are discussed. The author reveals key business processes that allow to assess the contribution of manager in the final performance of companies of metallurgical industry, on the basis of which the proposed KPI system is built. Principles and balanced by levels of management the indicators of KPI system in relation to the stimulation of results of labour activity of managers at various levels are formulated.
